The QSM head office is based in Cebu City but our area of operations span key locations in Central and Southern Philippines. Since 2002, we have remained a lean organization with a total of 10 employees and 4 sales coordinators, all equipped with technical knowledge and guided by the basic yet timeless values of being proactive and service-oriented.
